Shipping Information

At Puffie Slippers, we believe in spreading comfort far and wide. That's why we offer free standard shipping on all orders. No need to worry about any additional charges - we've got you covered!

Due to the current high demand (everyone wants to experience the puffiness!), please expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days. We appreciate your patience as we work tirelessly to get your slippers to you as quickly as possible.

Our dedicated team will process your order within 1-2 business days. Once your slippers are on their way, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the tracking information you need. Keep an eye on that inbox!

Just a heads up - our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you place an order on the weekend or during a holiday, we'll start processing it on the next business day.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Puffie Slippers, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you need to make a return or exchange, here's what you need to know:

Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to decide if your slippers are the perfect fit. Just make sure they're in the same condition as when you received them - unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, simply contact us at kaila@puffieslippers.com. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and all the instructions you need. Please note that we can only accept returns if you've contacted us first - we don't want any lost slippers!

If your slippers arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong pair (oops, our bad!), let us know right away. We'll make it right and ensure you have the comfiest slippers in town.

Now, here's the tricky part - we can't accept returns on certain items like perishable goods (sorry, no edible slippers), custom products, or personal care goods. Safety first, folks! And unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable too.

If you want to exchange your slippers for a different style or size, the fastest way is to return the original pair and make a separate purchase for the new one. We want you to have the perfect fit, after all!

For our friends in the European Union, you have a special 14-day cooling off period. If you change your mind within those 14 days, you can cancel or return your order without any justification. Just make sure the slippers are in their original condition with all the tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the refund status. If everything checks out, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take a little longer for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, give us a shout at kaila@puffieslippers.com.

Cleaning and Care

Now, let's talk about keeping your Puffie Slippers in tip-top shape. We want them to stay puff-tastic for as long as possible!

For most of our slippers, a gentle hand wash with mild soap and cold water should do the trick. Just be sure to air dry them - no tumble drying, please! And remember, they're slippers, not superheroes, so keep them away from any hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
