A: Once you've placed your order, your Pufies should arrive between 15 business days. We know, they take a little longer than the big brands, but trust us - good things are worth waiting for.
**Q: Can I return them?**
A: If you decide you and our slippers aren't a perfect match (hey, we won't take it personally), you're welcome to return them for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Whether they're not puffie enough, too puffie, or you simply changed your mind, we've got your back (or in this case, your feet).

Are Puffies a slipper, or a shoe?
They're both! While originally designed to be a house slipper, most of our customers enjoy taking their Puffies outdoors. Our squishy, unique sole is a special type of foam called "EVA", known for its durability and comfort. EVA is a more sustainable option to typical soles, and gives you a bouncy, springy feel with each step!
How do Puffies fit?
Puffies fit like a cozy, comfy slipper, not a shoe. The sole is a bouncy foam, and the uppers are faux leathers and soft fabrics. Keep in mind, they will fit a bit snug on your first wear, but will become shaped to your foot over time and keep you supremely comfortable and warm.
What size should I order?
Puffies are designed to fit like a pair ofd comfy house slippers - not a rigidly shaped shoe. Your best fit will depend on whether you prefer extra space or a more snug fit, but in general you should take your true size.
How long does shipping take?
Most of our Puffies are stocked in our Los Angeles warehouse and arrive within 3-5 regular business days. PRE-ORDER items will ship on their indicated date.
