A: Once you've placed your order, your Pufies should arrive between 15 business days. We know, they take a little longer than the big brands, but trust us - good things are worth waiting for.
**Q: Can I return them?**
A: If you decide you and our slippers aren't a perfect match (hey, we won't take it personally), you're welcome to return them for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Whether they're not puffie enough, too puffie, or you simply changed your mind, we've got your back (or in this case, your feet).
